Enrollment
The enrollment process is accomplished in a couple steps:

• Completed enrollment packet
• Verification of Special education if a special education student 
• Enrollment packets verified by enrollment commitee

Once all these steps have been completed, the applicant will be considered for enrollment when space is available. 

Re-enrollment
Reservation postcards are mailed to all current families in April. Observing the due date of these postcards ensures a space and bus assignment for you student the following school year. 

Cumulative Folders
Cumulative folders are maintained by the schools administrative assistants. Folders contain each child's educational history at New Visions, as well as records from the student's previous school. 

Should a student transfer and require that records be sent to another school, a parental release form must be signed. The new school or NVS can provide the release form. It is NVS policy to release a child's cumulative folder only to another school. However, parents may receive a copy of their students file by presenting the school with a written request.
